terms & conditions of service

by commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms

All prices are in USD and payment must be completed after receiving the initial sketch. An invoice will be sent through paypal in order to start the rest of the work, no exceptions. There are no refunds unless it is requested before I start the rest of the commission. Instead, revisions are an option and are limited to 5 revisions of sketches. After finishing the completed commission, only minimal changes can be requested. Any large revisions needed will incur an additional fee, depending on changes needed and the type of commission.I reserve the right to decline or request removal of any commission that I see fit or not in compliance with my terms. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all of my terms.

rush orders

Availability varies, please ask beforehand
Most orders take 1-2 weeks to complete, but may take longer depending on how busy I am. Please ask beforehand if you need your commission by a specific date.
Rush orders cost 50% of the total commission cost and move to the top of the list. Turnaround time for a rushed commission order is 3-5 days.

copyright + usage policy

I, the artist, hold every right to the art I create, not the commissioner. Therefore, I can use the artwork in any way I choose, including:
-promoting myself within any place or website, including posting and displaying the artwork
-publish artbooks/etc with the artwork includedWithout a commercial license purchased, the commissioner is able to only
use the artwork for personal use. Personal rights to the artwork include:
-print the artwork for themselves (but not sell the work to another)
-they may claim the character in the artwork, but not the drawing itself
-use the art to promote themselves with proper credit to the artistIn order to use the commissioned work in a commercial setting, you must pay to obtain the rights of the design for commercial use and resale. This is available for 3x the cost of the commission and gives you the right to put the artwork on merch such as t-shirts or prints.Do not redistribute my work on any site without my permission and crediting me. I reserve the right to decline or request removal of any commission if it is not in compliance with my terms and policies. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all terms of service.
